Thanks to our dedicated Code4Good volunteers, the Regional Inventory Management (RIM) platform has launched! RIM provides disaster response managers with reliable, up-to-the-minute materiel management of over 600,000 items vital to our Mission in delivering life-saving services to people affected by natural disasters and other emergency situations. RIM was built on the Microsoft Power Platform, a key component of our strategic partnership with Microsoft. RIM has been appointed the target system of record for all disaster response activity and will be fully-adopted by September 30, 2021.

The American Red Cross now boasts over 25,000 youth volunteers. These young people are among our most enthusiastic and influential volunteers. Until now, their access to Mission-critical systems has been limited due to privacy concerns. However, thanks to the support and contributions of volunteers from Delta Dental Community Cares Foundation, this youth volunteer corps now has access to information, systems and more ways to advance our Mission.
